Dulles Expo Center is located in the heart of Northern Virginia’s high-tech corridor on Route 28, between I-66 and the Dulles Toll Road in Fairfax County, VA. Dulles Expo Center is six miles south of Dulles International Airport and just 26 miles from Washington, DC.

The new 30,000 square foot space is attached to the existing 100,000 square foot facility with large pass through doors giving the hall the flexibility to stand alone with its own entrance, box office, concession stand and restroom facilities, or it can be combined with the current expo hall for one large 130,000 square foot exhibition hall.

The expansion includes a new entrance, built-in box office, new energy efficient lighting, restroom upgrades, and 275 additional parking spaces. A new monument sign on Route 28 has been added featuring a LED panel highlighting the events held in the Dulles Expo Center.
