Overview
Our beautiful renovated event spaces are ready to be rented! The entire @the Grounds site is also available to rent for flexible indoor and outdoor spaces.
2017 included five major renovation projects, and that is just the beginning. Find out what is next and check out the progress we've already made.
Placer Valley Tourism officially took over management of the Placer County Fairgrounds site in July of 2017.
Since then the fairgrounds venue has been re-branded to @the Grounds and renovations have begun on all of the major existing buildings.
In 2017 and 2018 @the Grounds underwent renovations to:
Jones Hall, interior and exterior
Johnson Hall, interior and exterior
Garden Room, interior and exterior
Main Parking Lot - repaved and new lights
Washington Boulevard Landscape
4 Barns - one with a new concrete floor
All of these buildings are now up and running and open for rentals!
