Rental Rates


Rentals include printing of the silicon edge graphic (SEG) backit fabrics, the 43" LED TVs on both sides of the TV towers and one technician to supervise installation, operation and dismantle. Theater booths come with two speakers on stands and a wireless headset in addition to the equipment listed above. The exhibitor is responsible for drayage, electrical and installation. We ship free to many cities. Please let us know your venue to find out if we can ship free to your event. Turn-key services are also available where we handle hanging sign, carpet, under-carpet electrical, installation and dismantle labor with the general service contractor on your behalf. With our turn-key services, you will find your booth up and running when you arrive. Please contact us for more information.

Installation & Dismantle


We provide one person to supervise installation, operation and dismantle at no charge. At right-to-work states when union rules allow, that person can replace one of the two people required for installation and dismantle. Different booth sizes require different installation times. Please contact us to learn about the estimated installation time for your booth size.


Power requirement for all booth sizes is 30 amps 120 volt single phase household current. Electrical power at the show is arranged through the general service contractor (GSC) for your event. You will be responsible for electrical expenses but we will be happy to coordinate this on your behalf with the GSC.

Shipping and Material Handling

We ship free to several venues. Please tell us about your venue to find out if we will be able to ship your booth for free. When we are not able to ship free, you can use your own carrier or we can provide you a shipping estimate on our common carrier. You will get to choose the more favorable option. Drayage, which covers material handling from the loading dock to your booth plus storage of empties during the show and outbound material handling within the venue will be your responsibility.

Daily Operation

We will provide one person to turn the system on and off every day and to supervise its operation at the show at no cost to you.
