In addition to the trade show floor, the Expo features two full days of informative educational sessions and numerous networking opportunities. The 2018 will also include the popular Tomato Processing School, a full-day educational workshop providing everything you need to know about the tomato processing operation.
TPS
The Tomato Processing School (TPS) is designed for current employees of tomato processing companies who wish to expand their knowledge of the entire operation of the business.
Educational Pavilion
The Expo includes numerous informative sessions throughout the show to ensure there is something of interest for everyone in the food producing industry.
Tasting Pavilion
The pavilion is an opportunity to taste a variety of food products produced by CLFP member processors, UC Davis, Cal Poly, Chico State and Fresno State. The Tasting Pavilion is THE place to be!
CLFP Supplier Host Council Reception and Silent Auction
Open to all attendees and exhibitors and sponsored by a select group of industry suppliers, this event is a fun-filled evening, a great networking opportunity and supports a worthy cause. Proceeds benefit the CLFP Scholarship Fund.

Food Processing Expo, CLFP's annual tradeshow held in Sacramento, is the largest tradeshow in California devoted exclusively to food processing. Key decision makers from California and numerous other states and several international countries attend the event. The purpose of the Expo is to bring the industry together by offering a tradeshow floor with over 270 exhibits featuring machinery, equipment, supplies, services and other vendors with innovative products for the industry.
