The North American YMCA Development Organization (NAYDO) fuels philanthropy to create firsts and sustain meaningful engagement for generations. The purpose of NAYDO is to lead, support, and advance the development of YMCA professionals, volunteers, and YMCA associations in the philanthropic work of their YMCA through training, education, advocacy, research and knowledge sharing.
NAYDO understands it is everyone's responsibility to attain and preserve the resources needed to fuel philanthropy and the future, by ensuring Y programs, services and facilities are supported and expanded.
