Why Attend – 2023

The Expo is the largest event of its kind in the state, bringing together thousands of food processors and allied industry members. In addition to the expansive trade show floor, there are multiple educational sessions focusing on current industry issues featuring top notch speakers who are experts in their field.

Topical educational opportunities are offered at the Expo, including a pre-Expo workshop. The Expo offers food processors the opportunity to meet and re-establish connections with existing vendors, make new connections and learn about the latest products and services available to the food processing industry.

The Expo attracts a wide variety of attendees, including CLFP food processor members, non-member food processors, those with ideas for new food products, university personnel and students, food processing industry vendors, suppliers and more.

The Expo will be offering a unique opportunity for exhibitors to reach multiple members of the state's expansive food processing industry. Many of these processors are large multinational companies with locations throughout the U.S.

In addition, exhibitors get a chance to expand and enhance their client base and make new company sales, as well as showcase and unveil new technology, machinery, equipment and services.

Organizer

The California League of Food Producers (CLFP) has been the voice and the advocate for California's food producing industry since 1905. CLFP represents the interests of both large and small food processors and beverage producers throughout the state and works to help ensure a favorable and profitable business environment for its members and the entire food-producing industry.
