The International Association of Operative Millers (IAOM) is an international organization comprised of grain millers and allied trades companies devoted to the advancement of technology in the industry. It promotes a spirit of fellowship and cooperation among its members, and advances their interest in industry activities.

Founded in 1896, the Association was established to enhance professionalism and competence in the grain milling and processing industry.
