Why Attend
Event Overview:
NRHA's Annual Rural Health Conference is the nation's largest rural health conference, created for anyone with an interest in rural health care, including rural health practitioners, hospital administrators, clinic directors and lay health workers, social workers, state and federal health employees, academics, community members and more.
One of the largest rural health events in the nation, this conference features nationally known speakers, exhibit program, and maximum opportunities for networking.
The annual conference registration fee includes the opening reception May 9, continental breakfast, coffee breaks and lunch May 10-11, and continental breakfast May 12. This year's conference will provide more than 55 concurrent sessions and the opportunity to network with your professional colleagues to make a difference.
Student Track at Annual Conference
NRHA is able to once again offer a student-focused track on May 10 from 1-5 p.m. The purpose of the dedicated student track at NRHA's Annual Conference is to provide student-targeted sessions and a venue for students to come together with rural America's top policymakers, educators and practitioners.
This half-day "mini-conference" will be centered on student-specific information and opportunities. There is no charge to attend this meeting, but please register for the 2017 Annual Conference and choose “Student Track” as the function on step three so we have an accurate number of those planning to attend. Please join us!
