Enclosed is your Exhibitor Service Manual.  It contains information you will need to plan a successful exhibit of your com-pany’s products and services.  Included you will find all the forms necessary to obtain exhibit related services such as elec-trical, telephone, lead retrieval, shipping/material handling, furniture and carpet rental.  The manual also contains general information such as rules and regulations as well as hotel and registration information.

RSSI requests that no work, labor or services of any kind, including electrical, etc., be ordered without using the proper work order forms included in this manual.  FERN Exhibition Services has been selected by RSSI as the official service contractor for the 2019 RSSI/Railway Interchange C&S Exhibition.  

Additional forms can be obtained from FERN (whose address ap-pears on each form).  Please complete the appropriate forms as soon as possible in order that the many details involved in our exhibition, and your exhibit in particular, can be arranged prior to the arrival of your exhibit in Minneapolis, MN.

Exhibitor Certificates of Insurance (COI’s) are a mandatory requirement and must be sent to the RSSI office on the dates noted in Section 1.  If your company plans to use the services of an exhibitor appointed contractor (EAC), be sure to return the EAC notification form and proof of insurance by the required date.  If notification and proof of insurance are not provided, exhbitors and/or EAC’s will not be permitted on the exhibit floor.
