The Annual Women in Aviation International Conference is a gathering of female aviators.

Why Attend – 2023

The three-day event is where learning opportunities abound with a diverse schedule of education sessions, personal and professional development seminars and workshops.

In addition, the evening social activities offer networking opportunities and even more ways to connect with the women and men who make the aviation industry great.

In the Pioneer Hall of Fame, female candidates or organizations that have made significant contributions to the aviation industry will be inducted.

Why Exhibit – 2023

Conference audience will include women and men from all aviation segments including career, flying, history, innovation, maintenance/tech ops, military, and personal development. Attendees come back year after year to explore companies and products they're interested in working for or doing business with.

Industry Briefings allow companies to showcase opportunities within their organizations, discuss current positions available and their requirements. These briefings will last 45 minutes and will include Q&A.

Organizer

Women in Aviation International (WAI) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the encouragement and advancement of women in all aviation and aerospace career fields and interests. They provide year-round resources to assist women in aviation and aerospace and to encourage women to pursue aviation careers.

WAI also offers educational outreach programs to young people nationally and internationally.
